A cozy stay with friendly staff
The staff was cute. My beautiful room had vibrant decor and a turbo fan that kept me cool.
Unfortunately, the bathroom left much to be desired with old fixtures and flickering lights. I was also disappointed not to find extra toilet paper during my final night.

Appreciated this place, it was comfortable. I ate at a great restaurant from the third floor. Excellant service, even though a few employees where abrupt. The location was marvellous and pleasant for walking around Rotary Waterfront Park. It was a central area, an ideal base for me.

We enjoyed hot showers and warm nights, a welcome change from our previous hotel. The friendly staff and convenient parking added to our experience, even if the room was basic.

Friendly & accomodating staff.
No air conditioning, the rooms facing the west are very hot with no proper air circulation. If we stay again we will ask for rooms on the back side! There should be a non smoking floor, as someone was smoking a cigar on the 2 nd floor, smell it everywhere? Better refrigerators?

Comfortable beds made for a nice night's sleep.
I stayed in a Standard Double Room for one night and it was hot without any air conditioning. The only window let in more heat. The high wall fan trying to oscillate didn't help either, leaving me very uncomfortable. I won't stay at this hotel again.

Dirty carpeting in room. Somewhat rowdy crowd here, making it a little noisy.

Family with children need a better place
The room was big enough for us and clean no big complaints there. Also the breakfast was decent had a good variety of options to start the day.
It cost more than I expected but it worked for just one night.

There was a fridge in the room (and a big supermarket nearby), the value for money was quite ok, and even though it is one street away from the coast, you can still have a sea view if you get a room facing in the direction.

Convenient to boat dock. Room comfortable.
Slow checkin. Parking not adequate no view. No breakfast.

The location scores points for being close to essential services like a grocery store, handy for any last-minute needs.
The lobby has some redeeming qualities, but once you venture beyond that, things take a turn for the worse. The musty odor permeating the hallways and rooms is hard to ignore, compounded by single-pane windows that collect moisture. The thin doors allow for sounds from the hallway to filter through, like a late-night commotion from drunk guests. Bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired, with hair on the sink and grimy floors-definitely not a cute sight. Coupled with a lack of ice machines, your experience might feel a bit lacking.

Cheap, good sized room complete with an air conditioner and a large TV, as for instance. The employees are all incredibly nice.
